"Awesome delivery, pricing, and support"
Fantastic customer support and quick delivery! I reached out to place an order for a B&W Zeppelin speaker and to check on the delivery schedule. Andrew got back to me, super helpful and quick to respond. I placed my order, and it arrived the very next day. Excellent service and a killer price—over £150 less than other retailers!

"Lightning Quick Shipping"
I called Quantum to see if they had a Marantz NR1711 in stock, since they're pretty hard to find these days.

Luckily, they had a few available. I made my order, and the amp showed up in under a day. What a great experience!

"Outstanding Service Once More"
I can't believe I forgot to share my thoughts on my recent experience with "quantumAV"... my bad.

Once again, it was a smooth and hassle-free process trading in my amp for an Anthem MRX-310, all wrapped up in just 5 days - you really can't ask for more.

Big thanks to Andrew for his honest and knowledgeable advice over the past few months; I'm now loving my fantastic home cinema sound setup.

You not only enjoy breathtaking video quality but also get a clear and fully satisfying audiophile sound from CDs, SAudio CDs, Audio DVDs, and Audio Blu Rays. The hardware tweak that lets you use any discs works like a charm. All in all, it's a fantastic buy, a device that stands shoulder to shoulder with pricier options.

They got back to me right away and were super helpful and nice over the phone. All my questions were answered in a clear and knowledgeable way, plus they gave solid advice. I ran into an issue with my order from a different company, so I had to cancel it. Delivery time was super important for me, so I reached out to Quantum. I explained my situation and had a few technical questions too. They were incredibly patient and really knew their stuff. "The Onkyo UWF-1 USB I purchased isn't functioning"
I got my Onkyo UWF-1 USB delivered. I own an Onkyo TX-NR609, and when I attempt to set up the UWF-1, the display shows - NOW INITIALIZING, then after a bit, it says No Storage. Seems like the UWF-1 might be lacking data or it's broken. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

"Super helpful when my delivery got lost"
The item arrived really fast. But when the package went missing, quantumAv jumped right in to look into it. (It ended up being delivered and placed in a secure room for safekeeping without me realizing - my mistake, not quantumAV's)

"Top-notch service"
I just picked up a new Amp and Bluray player from Quantum. When I reached out to Andrew, I was looking to grab specific items I had already looked into, but I ended up choosing two different ones. There was zero pressure throughout the whole experience, just steady, thoughtful advice, and in the end, I'm super happy with the Yamaha and Oppo models he suggested. Great prices and speedy delivery as well.

"Still new, but so far, it's fantastic!"
I've only had the player for a couple of days, so it's still early to tell. I'll put together a more detailed review down the line. Quantam's service has been excellent, and the delivery was quick and smooth. They were super professional and really helpful. Based on what I've seen so far, I’d definitely recommend them. The player looks great and has worked perfectly up to now.

Overall, I'm quite pleased so far!

"Awesome service and speedy delivery to Italy"
I was looking to purchase an Oppo 105 and stumbled upon this online store that I hadn’t used before. I reached out to them on a Saturday and got a response in just 2 hours. After a few emails back and forth over the weekend, I went ahead and placed my order on Sunday night. True to their word, the next day the item was shipped, and I received the tracking number. By Thursday, the Oppo arrived at my place, nicely packed and discreet.

Throughout the years, I've shopped with a bunch of online stores, but one really shines, and that's Quantum AV. They offer a solid selection of items, along with expert guidance and competitive prices. Plus, the next-day free shipping is just the cherry on top.
I should mention that, unlike a few other retailers, if something's out of stock, they’ll place an order and provide a precise delivery date for when those items will reach you.
